I hace send the email when i bought the products an ontjing i hit defected or seal broken dr. Laila pack and i sent the eamil to support team on the same day when i got the package "Dear Biocos Support Team,

I recently received my order: order [number 5373] containing 4 products. Three products arrived in good condition; however, one product — Dr. Laila Cosmetic, Beauty whitening Cream — arrived with the seal already broken.

Because of this, I do not feel comfortable or safe using the product.

The packaging appears tampered with, and it looks like the seal may have been opened and unsuccessfully reattached.

As a regular customer of Biocos and someone who decided to purchase after seeing positive reviews on social media, I was surprised and disappointed to receive a product in this condition.

I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue. I would prefer either:
A replacement product and collection of the defective item, or
A refund for the affected product.
